Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents – Travel (Pure Chat Support). This position is ideal for newcomers to the industry who are keen on gaining experience in the travel sector.
As a Call Center Agent, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to travelers via chat. You’ll be assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, destinations, promotions, and more.
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to navigate multiple software systems, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
