Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents in our US Insurance division. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling insurance inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls to assist clients with insurance-related queries
- Providing accurate information about insurance policies and coverage
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Updating customer records in our database
