Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Adhere to communication scripts
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Build relationships and engage customers effectively
- Record conversations accurately
- Attend educational seminars for improvement
- Meet performance targets
Requirements and skills:
- Previous customer support experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and listening skills
- CRM system familiarity
- Customer-focused and adaptable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
