Job Description
Join our team as a Call Center Agent and benefit from our CSR Paid Training. Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, escalating priority issues, ensuring one-call resolutions, and performing basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience
- At least high school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
