We offer accounts in Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Salary ranges:
- (Newbie): Php 16,00 – Php 24,00
- (Tenured): Php 18,00 – Php 28,00
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolving issues on the first contact.
- Matching customer demands with client products.
- Achieving customer buy-in through influence.
- Sharing information with clients and colleagues.
