Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Interview ONLY.
- Must work onsite
- At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate
- Strong active listening skills and conversant in English.
Nice to have: Proven customer service experience.
