Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and patience in handling customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face-to-Face Interview ONLY.
- Filipino Citizen, 18+ years old, and at least High School Graduate with basic English skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
