Job Description
We are currently seeking Call Center Agents for our Retail Account. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing customer concerns
- Process customer orders and provide product information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and implementing appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions and update customer records
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
