Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, and availability
- Open for both experienced and new candidates
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in College (with TOR/Diploma)
- 12 months BPO experience (International Voice Account)
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pampanga
