Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures
- Recognize and escalate priority problems following Client standards
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate/ALS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
