Job Description

As a Call Center Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the call center team. Your primary duties will include setting and achieving performance goals, implementing strategies to enhance customer service, and ensuring efficient call handling procedures.

You will need to possess strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards meeting objectives. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to resolve escalated customer issues and optimize call center processes.

Previous experience in a managerial role within a call center environment is required for this position. A proven track record of improving call center performance and customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
