Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence
- Answer participant questions and ensure full understanding of information
Requirements:
- College graduates, no experience required
- BPO experience preferred for High School Graduates
- Excellent English communication skills
- Onsite work availability within 25km to 35km
