Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to clients’ products and services.
- Use settlement skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Communicate information clearly to internal and external clients.
