Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers
- Communicates with customers to address concerns
- Assists participants in understanding critical information
Requirements:
- Open to candidates without experience but completed college
- High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent English communication skills required
- BPO experience preferred
- Onsite work within 25km – 35km range
