Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues for resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent.
- Prior related field experience desired.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Able to work on-site.
- Full-time position for fresh graduates.
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
