Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction with one call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate/ALS Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
