Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operations and procedures.
  • Recognize and escalate priority problems.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction with one call resolution.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications:

  • With or without BPO experience.
  • High School Graduate/ALS Graduate.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary, bonus pay, commission pay, and more.
