Job Description
Ensuring guests’ satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay
Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment
Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests
Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met
Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
