- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
