Job Description
Global BPO Caldwell Ph is actively seeking committed individuals for the role of Call Center Representative. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to standard operational procedures, identify and escalate priority issues, ensure one-call resolution, and conduct troubleshooting as necessary.
Qualifications: No prior BPO experience is required. Candidates must be at least high school graduates, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.
