Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established operational procedures.
- Escalate urgent issues as necessary.
- Achieve one-call resolutions with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience is required.
- High School diploma or ALS certification.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
