We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for Mobile Gaming Account.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.

Qualifications:
- Face to face interview required
- BPO experience is a plus
- Good Typing Skills
- At least High School graduate
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- Conversant in English
- Salary Negotiable for Tenured Agents
