Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary for swift resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior related field experience desirable but not mandatory.
