Job Description
As a Call Center Site Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a call center team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence. Your role will involve overseeing the entire call center operations, supervising team members, and ensuring company goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve call center efficiency.
- Supervise and motivate call center representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor call center performance through analyzing data and generating reports.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to further enhance customer experience and support company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a managerial role in a call center environment.
