Job Description
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Monitor and revise customer orders as needed
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer issues
- Update customers on order status when required
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in CMS software and typing
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability and accountability
- Prior experience in BPO industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Shift system
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
