Job Description
Let’s Bee Delivery Services Corporation is looking for a dedicated Call Center Staff to manage customer inquiries efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, monitoring customer orders, and maintaining accurate daily records.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, CMS software proficiency, and at least 2 years of BPO experience. A professional phone voice and strong typing abilities are required.
This full-time position offers a starting pay of Php 14,00.00 per month, with additional benefits including a 13th month salary and overtime pay.
