Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team. As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing call center agents to enhance their skills and performance.
Your main duties will include developing training modules, delivering interactive training sessions, and assessing the performance of agents. You will also provide feedback and coaching to improve call handling, customer service, and sales techniques.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others. Previous training experience and knowledge of call center technologies are preferred.
