Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Centre Admin & Sales Support. This position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, providing customer support, and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling any related administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Supporting the sales team in reaching their targets by providing excellent service and nurturing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
