Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at AllZ Services Ltd. The position involves handling calls, addressing inquiries, and dispatching technicians.
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- Backup power for outages
- Own a computer (High specs not required)
- Noise cancellation headphones – is a plus
- Available between 7AM – 11AM Weekdays, 11AM – 11PM Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls and document information efficiently
- Dispatching and Coordination: Assign technicians and monitor responses
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
Education:
- Junior High School (Preferred)
