Job Description
We are looking for a Call Centre Group Lead to oversee our team and manage tech processes, such as website support. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading teams.
Required Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience managing 20+ team members, preferably as a Team Leader (TL) or Group Lead (GL)
- Experience in tech processes
- 5 working days schedule
- Direct coordination with management
- Immediate availability preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
