Job Description
Provide front-line customer service: handle inquiries, coordinate call-to-deliver orders with timely documentation, assist customers with product information, and collaborate with store teams to ensure satisfaction. Position is based at SM Megamall; mall hours include weekends and holidays.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Core skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities; customer-focused and adaptable.
- Employment: full-time, permanent, in-person; salary Php695/day.
