Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CallMiner Analyst. As a CallMiner Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions and providing insights to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing CallMiner software to analyze and evaluate customer interactions.
- Identifying trends and patterns to improve customer service processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies.
- Creating and presenting reports on customer experience findings.
- Monitoring and assessing call center performance metrics.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
