Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Analytics and CRM Lead to spearhead data-driven marketing initiatives across CRM, segmentation, campaign measurement, and optimization. The successful candidate will own campaign analytics, develop performance dashboards, define and track KPIs, design rigorous A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable CRM strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
Requirements include 5+ years in marketing analytics or CRM, strong SQL and Python or R skills, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, and exceptional communication to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
