Job Description
Job Scope:
- Sets up new campaigns in the relevant systems and trackers
- Updates lead management systems when revisions to campaigns are made
- Maintains and updates key reports on a daily basis, including lead counts and agent hours
- Uploads key files to campaigns including templates, assets, target account lists, etc.
- Uploads suppression files to relevant campaigns on a weekly basis
- Uploads leads to BlueWhale’s lead management system
- Uploads leads for clients using their preferred delivery method including API, lead management system, customer relationship management system, or secure file upload
- Communicates with account executives, internal campaign managers, the support team and the quality control team regarding campaign launches and revisions
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years work related experience
- Previous experience working in a support function is preferred but not necessary
- Must have experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to use several computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well in a team and effectively interacts with others
- Must be punctual and report to work as scheduled
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,00.00 per month
