Our Marketing teams conceptualize and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships, and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localize and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Handles cross-functional operations across online marketing channels, from asset coordination, campaign dashboard set-up, optimization, to postmortem analysis
- Oversee campaign performance and provide recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of driving new users
- Determine test, learn, and scale opportunities to build best practices by identifying trends and competitor movements
- Be the go-to person for questions on digital channel technical questions, including campaign best practices, tracking, and measurement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or a related field required
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing (media planning, ads implementation, and campaign execution on digital channels)
- Extensive experience and knowledge with Meta Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and digital platforms
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
