Job Description
Accenture is seeking a highly motivated Candidate Source and Screen Associate to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves prescreening candidates, evaluating CVs, coordinating interview schedules, and liaising with the Japan Onshore Team to enhance process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate prescreening
- Assess CVs for suitability
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Coordinate with the Japan Onshore Team to ensure seamless processes
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience (sourcing/CMT)
- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including simple formulas and pivot tables
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift | Rest Days: Weekends | Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
