Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Cantonese Bilingual. As a Cantonese Bilingual, you will play a vital role in our organization by utilizing your fluency in Cantonese and English to provide exceptional service to our Cantonese-speaking clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with Cantonese-speaking clients and customers, both in person and over the phone, to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Translate documents, conversations, and written materials from Cantonese to English and vice versa.
- Assist with interpretation during meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication with Cantonese-speaking clients.
- Maintain records of interactions and communication with clients for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
