Job Description
Qualifications:
- At least finished Second year of College Education
- One (1) month or more BPO experience
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Can work onsite in Pasay
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient with the language requirement (Speaking, reading, typing)
- Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
- Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
- Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
- Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision to meet SLAs.
- Provides customers with specialized information communicated in a warm and empathetic manner.

Salary: Php70,00.00 – Php72,00.00 per month
