Job Description
- Provide support to GT/MT Sales Team to create tailored fit programs.
- Assist in coaching and training programs of the sales team by implementing best practices to improve Sales KPIs.
- Create scorecards to assess the success of the programs.
- Monitor on-time implementation of Sales initiatives and programs.
- Assist in organizing company events and trainings.
- Ensure proper documentation and summary of reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year business course.
- Proficient in computer systems (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English and Filipino – both written and oral.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines.
Job Type: Full-time
