Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a qualified Capacity Planner to join our team in Taguig City. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a call center environment and a minimum of one year as a Resource Planner/Capacity Planner.
Key qualifications include strong knowledge of WFM concepts, proficiency in CMS Avaya Supervisor and eWFM, and excellent MS-Excel skills. This full-time position offers a salary of Php50,00.00 to Php55,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
