Job Description
- Monitors Company Car and Shuttle Services
- Shuttle arrangement and OB dispatching
- Arrange driver’s schedule
- Oversee company drivers’ activities
- Ensures that all company cars and shuttle services are in good condition
- Coordinates with auto repair shops and service centers
- Schedules change oil and preventive maintenance
- Process application of stickers in all company vehicles
- Reloading of easy trip and fleet card
- Gasoline consumption and RFID balance monitoring
- LTO registration
- Address employee concerns related to shuttle and vehicle concerns
- Prepares passenger’s list
- Updates vehicle master list
- Monitors CCTV
- Extracts time records on-site
- Serves as technical support
- Coordinates with printer providers
- Attends to all IT-related concerns
