Job Description
· Knowledge on functional operation and principals of electrocardiogram procedure.
· Knowledge on functional operation and principals of holter monitoring.
· Knowledge on functional operation and principals of treadmill stress test procedure.
· Responsible in doing the monthly census and submitting reports.
· Performs/assists the Cardiologist in all related procedures.
· Prepares patient and equipment when required.
· Maintains cardiology supplies inventory; completing and placing supply requisitions, restocking supply storeroom.
· Can do pediatric/adult electrocardiogram procedure.
· Have the initiative in emergency cases.
· Can do/explain well to the patient the procedure.
· Notify the cardiologist on duty regarding the history of the patient.
· Has the initiative and alertness while the procedure is going on.
· Assisting the patient before, during and after the procedure.
