Requirements:
- Experience as a scheduler or appointment setter.
- Healthcare background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Availability during business hours.
- Remote staff requirements include high-speed internet and a capable PC/laptop.
