Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Case Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for meticulously handling financial cases, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and resolving disputes related to refurbished electronics across various carriers and marketplace platforms. Your tasks will include:
- Case Filings and Documentation
- Dispute Resolution
- Communication and Coordination
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Policy Adherence and Compliance
- Customer Interaction Support
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Resolution Tracking and Follow-Up
- Policy Advocacy and Process Improvement
- Relations and Collaboration with Reps
- Training and Support
Key Qualifications:
More than 3 years of experience in Case Management with a focus on Amazon FBA. Typing speed of 40 words per minute. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Amazon Seller Central. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous. Background in mobile devices is a plus. Strong self-motivation and research skills. Excellent time management abilities. Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and enthusiasm.
