Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Cash and Collection Assistant to join our team. As a Cash and Collection Assistant, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, verifying accuracy of financial documents, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing cash payments and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers
- Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Reconciling cash transactions and deposits
- Assisting in generating financial reports
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in cash handling, accounting, or collections is preferred.
