Job Description
As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming payments, reconciling receipts, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording and allocation of funds, as well as provide excellent customer service by responding to payment inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include posting payments to customer accounts, identifying and investigating payment variances, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
