Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cash Posting Specialist in our AR Healthcare department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately posting and reconciling payments from insurance companies and patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and posting electronic and manual payments
- Identifying and resolving posting discrepancies
- Reconciling posted payments with corresponding accounts
- Investigating and resolving payment variances
- Assisting with month-end close and reporting
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in cash posting within the healthcare industry. Proficiency in using billing systems and a strong understanding of insurance reimbursement processes are required.
