Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Ring up sales using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Accept various forms of payment and provide change or receipts as needed.
- Follow cash handling procedures and security measures.
- Uphold company policies for customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures.
