Job Description
Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of all customer transactions, handling cash and charges following cashiering systems.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Daily Operations
- Follow company’s cash handling policies
- Encode customer purchases in POS machine
- Ensure availability of cashiering forms and supplies
2. Customer Engagement
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Listen and attend to customer needs
- Handle customer complaints with understanding
