Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, both cash and charge, following established cashiering systems and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily Operations:
- Adhere to company’s cash handling policies and procedures.
- Manage cash and charge transactions using the POS machine.
- Ensure availability of cashiering forms and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Acknowledge and attend to customer needs and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (with or without experience).
- Prior cashiering experience and knowledge of Point of Sale machine (POS) preferred for college-level applicants.
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
- Willing to work in SM BF Parañaque.
- Available to start immediately.
