Job Description
Are you a customer-oriented individual with a knack for service? Join our team at SFVI as a Cashier/Customer Service representative! Your role will involve answering customer inquiries about our products and services, providing personalized recommendations, and enhancing sales through cross-selling and upselling. You will also reconcile transactions, manage cash drawers, and ensure a clean and organized checkout area.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience is 1 year in the food industry or service crew, and proficiency in English is a plus.
