Job Description
Join our team at SFVI as a Cashier/Customer Service representative! Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer questions about our products, cross-selling and upselling items, reconciling cash drawers, and maintaining a tidy checkout area. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals while effectively responding to customer complaints and processing transactions accurately.
To qualify, you should have strong customer service skills, the ability to calculate sales and change quickly, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment.
